Therapy Services

  • Initial Intake Assessment

    $200 | 60 minutes

Your first session is where we build the foundation. I'll gather background information, learn about what's bringing you to therapy, and work with you to establish clear, meaningful goals. You're in the driver's seat from day one—this is about what you need.

  • Individual Therapy Sessions

    $165 | 60 minutes

One-on-one telehealth sessions focused on your personal growth and mental health goals. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, and DBT, we'll work together to address anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, depression, and other challenges—at your pace, on your schedule. You'll leave with tools you'll actually use.

Areas of Specialty

  • Burnout — Exhaustion, cynicism, feeling disconnected from work you once loved

  • Stress — Overwhelm, difficulty managing competing demands

  • Depression — Low mood, loss of interest, emptiness despite outward success

  • Life Transitions — Career changes, relocations, relationship shifts, identity questions

  • Trauma — Past experiences affecting your present wellbeing

  • Relationship Issues — Communication struggles, boundary-setting, interpersonal patterns

Online Therapy FAQs

  • Currently, I offer telehealth therapy only. This means I can work with anyone located in Colorado, from Denver to Durango to the Eastern Plains—wherever you are, on your schedule.

  • I work virtually with clients across Colorado. My office is wherever you feel comfortable, and we both get to skip the dreaded traffic.

  • I am currently accepting insurance clients through Headway only. Please reach out to me or schedule directly using my Headway link.

  • Video sessions are preferred so we can see each other and stay present. If technology decides to be tricky, we can switch to a phone call to avoid any awkward frozen faces.

  • I do my best work with older high-school-aged teens (15+) and adults (18+).

  • I do not see couples or children under age 15 at this time.

I also will refer clients to other providers when their issues are beyond my scope of practice or when a conflict of interest arises.

  • A free phone consultation is a chance to start building our relationship, talk about what brings you to therapy, and see if we are a good fit to work together. If all goes well, we will schedule your intake, and I will send you the link to fill out your information to get started.

  • You can call me at 720-806-4414, email me at yourremotetherapist@proton.me, or fill out the form on my contact page.

I’ll get back to you as soon as I can (e.g., typically within 24 hours) before another amazing therapist snatches you up.

  • A standard session is 60 minutes.

  • Yes, I am a licensed professional counselor with 12 plus years of experience. Even so, I learn something new every day from the people I work with.

  • Easy! You’ll receive a secure link to join your session on a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Just click the link at your appointment time, and you’re in—no traffic. It’ll also send friendly reminders, so your session doesn’t sneak up on you.

  • Think of it like getting ready for an in-person session, just without the commute. Find a comfortable, private space where you can talk freely. Having water or tissues nearby can also be helpful.

Our sessions may include laughter, tears, and everything in between. Bonus points if your pets make a surprise cameo.

Disclaimer: I will ask you to reschedule if you are driving for your own safety.

  • Our first virtual session is a relaxed conversation where we get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. We will also review practical details such as scheduling, billing, confidentiality, and what to expect moving forward, so you feel clear and comfortable about the process.

  • I only see older teens and adult individuals.

  • Standard individual sessions are 60 minutes. I'm also developing intensive therapy sessions (2-3 hours) for clients who prefer deeper, less frequent work—therapy that fits your schedule, not the other way around.

  • Yes. Everything you share stays private, with rare exceptions required by law, such as situations involving safety. We will go over confidentiality in detail during your intake, and I will provide reminders as needed throughout our work together.

  • I work best with motivated individuals who are ready to engage in the therapy process. If you are looking for real progress and are willing to do the work between sessions, we will likely be a great fit. If you are only looking to drop in for a session or two, I might not be the right therapist for you. Think of it like joining a gym- you get the best results when you show up consistently and put in the effort.

  • I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows incur a $75 fee. If you have an emergency, please reach out directly—I handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it's considered a no-show, though I will call within 5 minutes to check in.

  • I have a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

  • Therapy is focused on you, but I like my clients to know they are talking to a real human, too.

  • I try to show up authentically, which usually means whatever feels right that day, from a nice top to a more casual one. Comfort is key while keeping it professional.

  • I am definitely a dog person and have an 80-pound lab mix who might make a cameo in the background from time to time. I love all animals, though, and enjoy seeing your pets crash the session too.

  • Often, it’s simply a feeling. A strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of therapy. We’ll start getting a sense of that connection during our initial consultation and intake, and we’ll continue to check in as we work together.

  • You don’t have to be in crisis to seek support. Therapy can simply be a space to reflect, grow, and navigate life’s challenges with more clarity.

  • An app like Calm can help with meditation, sleep, and managing stress. Tracking nutrition and healthy habits can support anxiety, depression, and overall well-being. Think of them as helpful tools to complement therapy.
