Initial Assessment $200 Self-Pay Rate
Individual Therapy $165 Self-Pay Rate
If you use insurance, your fee will depend on your co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket expenses.

A standard session is 60 minutes.

A free phone consultation is a chance to start building our relationship, talk about what brings you to therapy, and see if we are a good fit to work together. If all goes well, we will schedule your intake, and I will send you the link to fill out your information to get started.

Easy! You’ll receive a secure link to join your session on a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Just click the link at your appointment time, and you’re in—no traffic. We’ll also send friendly reminders, so your session doesn’t sneak up on you.

Our first virtual session is a relaxed conversation where we get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. We will also review practical details such as scheduling, billing, confidentiality, and what to expect moving forward, so you feel clear and comfortable about the process.

Think of it like getting ready for an in-person session, just without the commute. Find a comfortable, private space where you can talk freely. Having water or tissues nearby can also be helpful. Our sessions may include laughter, tears, and everything in between. Bonus points if your pets make a surprise cameo. Disclaimer: I will ask you to reschedule if you are driving for your own safety.

I work best with motivated individuals who are ready to engage in the therapy process. If you are looking for real progress and are willing to do the work between sessions, we will likely be a great fit. If you are only looking to drop in for a session or two, I might not be the right therapist for you. Think of it like joining a gym- you get the best results when you show up consistently and put in the effort.

Apps like Calm can help with meditation, sleep, and managing stress. Tracking nutrition and healthy habits can support anxiety, depression, and overall well-being. Think of them as helpful tools to complement therapy.

I am definitely a dog person and have an 80-pound lab mix who might make a cameo in the background from time to time. I love all animals, though, and enjoy seeing your pets crash the session too.
